A man called (Jacqui made me delete the name) phoned Swts Backpackers this morning asking if we still had his passport. We asked how long ago he stayed with us and he said “10 to 12 years ag CUSTOMER OF THE YEARo”. We checked and did not have it. We told him this and he proceeded to yell scream and freak the ^%&& out at us as we, CUSTOMER OF THE YEAR should have held it for him. True Story.
