All visitors are required to abide by the HOSTEL RULES.

Acceptance Declaration

• I understand and accept that visitors are not permitted between 8PM and 10AM.
• I understand and accept that if I exceed the visiting hours I will be charged for a night of accommodation.
• I understand and accept Somewhere To Stay Backpackers does not condone, nor tolerate, the use or possession of illegal substances on or around the property.
• I understand and accept, anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated, noise and/or music must be kept to a reasonable volume as determined by staff and belongings must be kept tidy in dorm rooms.
• I will follow the instructions of Somewhere To Stay Backpackers staff when directed and be respectful of other guests, neighbours and staff.
• I understand and accept I am personally liable for any costs and charges incurred by myself or my visitors.
• I understand and accept that fines apply for tampering with smoke alarms and fire and safety equipment.
• I understand and accept that I am responsible for the safety and security of my personal property and that Somewhere To Stay Backpackers is not liable for any loss or damages.
